The Outer World is what we call the coordinates outside of the 4 main castles/capitals of the 4 Kingdoms. To keep it simple: whenever you move outside of the castles, you enter the Outer World.
This boundless frontier contains all the unclaimed territories, perilous wilderness, and undiscovered resources that fuel the ambitions of every kingdom.
