Gathering Resources

Each tile has different resources, and to farm these resources, your character must stand on that exact tile. To start farming, make sure that you have the right farming tool for that resource, and your weight does not exceed the maximum capacity.
Each farming action takes 15 seconds to complete. Each farming action will also take away 1 Farming Slot, and decrease some durability from the tool used (more details below).
During the time you farm resources, other players can attack you, and if you die, they may steal your resources and items depending on which zone you're standing in.
To effectively gather resources, players need the right tools for the job. Resources in the game exist across many tiers of rarity, so higher-tier resources will require more advanced farming tools.
For example, to gather a Tier 1 Wood resource, a character would only need the basic Tier 1 Wood Axe. But to gather the rare and valuable Tier 10 Wood, they would need to first craft or obtain a high-quality Tier 10 Wood Axe.
Each time you initiate a farming action, you'll wear out your farming tool by a bit. Once the tool's durability reaches 0, you will not be able to use that tool anymore.
There's no way to restore a tool's durability at the moment.
Each tile in the game has a number of Farming Slots available (max 10). Each time you initiate a farming action on that tile, you'll spend 1 slot.
Once the slots reach 0, you won't be able to farm resources on that tile anymore until there are more slots. Slots are replenished by fighting and winning against a PvE monster at that exact tile, so a good strategy is to farm resources for a while, fight some PvE monsters and then repeat the process.
There's also a cooldown in resource replenishment, so you can only farm a fixed amount of resources in one tile during a period. After the cooldown is over, the resources are replenished and you can start farming again.
